Job Receipt should not be allowed if raw material issue is pending

User based option is required to restrict Production job Receipt entry, if required raw materials are pending to be issued.

    Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Job Receipt creation can now be restricted if raw material has not been issued.
