CANNOT ISSUE GV AT A POS FROM MULTIPLE TERMINAL AT A TIME

we can't issue a gift voucher from multiple terminals at a time from pos (only one terminal can issue gv at a time)

    As per our current architecture doesn't allow GV Issue from multiple terminal due to concurrency control. We appreciate your inputs and we are keeping this idea open for further votes.

    We are marking this idea as unlikely to implement. However if this idea gains enough votes, we may reconsider it. Keep posting your ideas.

    WE WILL APPRECIATE IF THIS OPTION TO ISSUE GV FROM MULTIPLE TERMAINALS AT A TIME IN A POS CAN BE PROVIDED.

    It is important to understand the problem we are facing on operational level. While there is high footfall and long ques at the billing counter, it gets difficult to  manage the customers because after making them wait once initially for billing of merchandise, we have to ask them to again get back in another que to take the GV (that time already 15-20 customers are in the que, all lining up for the second time).
    All in all this affects the shopping experience of the customers.
    Also, if there could be an option to print/scan/use barcode on GV through Ginesys software this process will become very smooth and seamless.

    Please look into the matter & suggest.
