While searching and managing items, filtering should be done automatically. If i have given a dept, the other items i search later on should be filtered as per the department selected. earlier this feature existed in your ginesys desktop where "F3" was used. This feature doesn not exists in the latest ginesys version or in the Ginesys web.

scenario for the idea
suppose i want to look up a kids jeans brand - X, when i proceed to select the Category 1 ie the brand, only the brands that fit into the dept should be displayed. other saree brands, etc should not be displayed.

Hello Sir,
The requested working is least used feature among Ginesys users, and requires complexities which hampers the performance of fetching data in lookup. As in web application data traversing is an important aspect we have avoided these type of features, which can easily be worked upon by operating users.
We are still keeping the idea open and incase any apt solution is identified, we will try and implement.
