Hello Ginesys team we have required a conversion reversal entry like when we create a conversion a multiple item to create a item then we need to segregate to their item so how we found entry clear.

You can swap the consumption and production items in order to reverse the conversion entry. However we understand that this has to be done manually.
We are keeping this idea open for further voting and currently marking it as unlikely to implement. We appreciate your ideas. Keep posting.
