Tolerance Qty wise on GRC in POS

As of now tolerance is given value wise in GRC of POS, it should be qty wise as due to above logic if we have item a and b of same price and qty and the tolerance defined is 0 -system allows user to create grc of 20 qty for item A as the value is unchanged
