Brands generally send PT file for next season with barcode and MRP detail. Client capture this through import excel keeping rate 0 or MRP value since rate is not finalise. When doing GRC the scan the items and want a box to put markdown % and update item rate at a glance. Presently they are modifying rate one by one for each line item. Which is tedious for them.

You can use excel import while doing GRC adhoc in order to populate the transaction rate as well. The calculation of markdown will have to be done in excel in your case.
