If duplicate mobile number entered in customer creation system gives only alert. This need to restrict by policy to stop, warn, or ignore.
As per present architecture, system can not allow duplicate customers with same mobile no. So no question of giving "warning / ignore alerts".
So this is not required to be implemented.
