on the Purchase return Document from franchise store the original invoice no and date is required.

Dear Team,

While we are receiving purchase return from the franchise store. In the document the original invoice number is not available. kindly provide us a solution to get the original invoice number in the document.

From the franchise, the goods are either returned on Tax Invoice basis or Delivery Challan basis. Original invoice details are not required in such cases.
When you are issuing Credit Note, then original invoice details are mandatory.
