As per the current configuration option in NFS the SMS is send to only one Mobile No as per the data captured in Vendor / Customer master. Thus all the department specific messages like PO Raised / Payment Releases / Payment Receipt / Outstanding Reminders are sent to one person only. Practically these messages should be the person who handles that department communication.
