This is to inform you that most of the store wrongly doing current day settlement, so We need to Restriction for System not allow to do the current day settlement in POS,
Kindly Look into & do the needful.

We already has EOD Settlement restriction as Role Security. Further more, in Site Policy you can configure on more granular level regarding day settlement.
