We are into production field and now we are not using finance module. So what we are facing problem is once we make the sale order and delivery challan our goods will be dispatched from our company and we dont know the freight charges. we are making Sale invoice in tally only, so if there is an option to select the freight charges as TO PAY/PAID in sale order module or delivery challan module then our accounts team will come to know this is a Paid/To Pay customer and they will make sale invoice according to that.

In Ginesys, you need to prepare the Sales Invoice in order to move out stock from the package location.
If you maintain Invoice entries in Ginesys, then you have the option to create outgoing logistics as well where you can specify To Pay or Not to be paid.
