Double discount calculation Price List

We are in business with B2B transaction with various large format stores and they want to restructure the invoice calculation on the basis of assumed sales promo during EOSS & for hole year. now they want provisional discount on MRP and price structure to be change from MRP to revised MRP. please find the attached file for existing and revised working.

i request to R&D Team to take this Idea on higher priority and process at earliest.
