There are certain parameters are Item Level which are Fixed for certain departments. If a option is provide to define them at Department level it will be easy for end user to define the item faster. It will also reduce the operational co-ordination to modify the item details from Modify Item Manager after creation of items.
Need option to make it available in Product Hierarchy level to flow as default in any item creation option. Following properties to make available at Product hierarchy level

Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Some Item parameters which are mostly common across same Department now can be define at Department level.
