SCHEDULE AUTO EXPORT WEB REPORTS IN DESIRED FOLDER EXCEL FORMAT

SCHEDULE AUTO EXPORT WEB REPORTS IN DESIRED FOLDER EXCEL FORMAT

ALSO SCHEDULE EMAIL NOT JUST OUTPUT TO A FOLDER

EVERY TIME SOMEONE FROM OUR STAFF HAS TO LOGIN AND GENERATE FRESH COPY OF INVENTORY WEB REPORT IN EXCEL SHEET AND EMAIL IT TO SALES PERSON ON FIELD AND NOW IT HAS BECOME A DAILY HABIT TO UPDATE THEM WITH FRESH STOCK , TO AVOID BACK ORDER OR OVER BOOKING OF PRODUCTS.

MANUAL WORK IS GOOD BUT TEDIOUS AND DEPENDENT ON ONE PERSON. SOMETIME IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO LOGIN FROM OUTSIDE OFFICE TO GINSYS AND GET REPORTS. OR ELSE WE HAVE TO DAILY ASK SOMEONE TO EMAIL IT AT END OF THE DAY.

WHICH IS AGAIN DEPENDENT WORK.

IF WE CAN SCHEDULE WEB REPORT OUTPUT IN EXCEL FORMAT TO A PARTICULAR DESIRED LOCAL OR LAN FOLDER

WHICH CAN BE ACCESSED BY STAFF PEOPLE ANYTIME AND IF I CAN SYN THAT FOLDER TO GOOGLE DRIVE OR DROPBOX. FIELD SALES GUYS CAN ALWAYS HAVE FRESH COPY UPDATED.

WE CAN SCHEDULE IT HOURLY, 6 HOUR OR DAILY .

THANK YOU SO MUCH

    Hello ,

    thank you for  your response,

but that  option is very immature.

it  randomly generate file name of its own, cannot set file name as per the report name.

so if you can fix that thing, it will be highly appreciated

    Thank you

    Hi,

We would like to inform you that this feature already exists in our lastes version of Ginesys Web Report. Please log a support ticket for the same. We would like to add here that the name of the exported file will be system generated one. We are working on the same and planning to come up with a solution so that customized name can be set in the exported excel file.

    Regards,

    Product Team
