Subledger balance required in Document Approval

Finance - Approval - Release Document 

Subledger balance is required  while approving a  payment document, so that in case there is a debit balance, it can be hold.

    We are in process migrating the existing Desktop application to Web, so will consider point during the FR process. So we are moving the point to Unlikely now
