There is one utility provided by oracle called Data Pump using which the backup of HO database speed will increase approx 10 times.
Current challenge is that if we ask the user/IT team to take backup at the day end post stopping the sync, the users revert back that the backup process takes approx 3-4 hours to complete the backup.
Also, when the server migration needs to be done, if Data Pump can be used, the speed of the server migration shall increase 10 times.
Note: It is being assumed that post backup is completed, if the user starts the sync at night, the backup becomes unusable.
