We want to send the SMS to the customer at the time of Credit Note creation. So that they can prevent their cashier to create false credit note.

Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Credit Note redemption has been made more secure with OTP authentication, also the existing option which makes customer tagging mandatory in POS transactions has been enhanced. Apart from the existing options, customer tagging can also be made mandatory if any credit note is issued from any POS transaction.

it is required to prevent false generation of credit note. wherever customer available this feature should work.

1.In Case of return only we have to need Mandatory customer tagging Like Remarks For Gate Entry, Customer Name and Mobile. For ref see attachment
2. Maximum return allow in one day check against unique mobile number allow limit

It is a well idea to have this in the system to control shrinkages & fraud which is a major challenge in the Retail. It must be mandatory.

Customer tagging is not mandatory at the time of credit note issuance, so OTP validation is not possible at the time of redemption. Given the reason, at this time, we are unlikely to implement functionality around this specific feature due to the current priorities and goals. However, we will keep this idea open to gather additional feedback to track the level of interest within the community.
