Even if we implement a yes/no flag to mention the target vendor as MSME or not, what if as a user I don't enable this flag, the system won't stop the user from saving without specifying the MSME Certificate number. By that way having only "Micro & Small Estd. No." data field serves the same purpose and don't value add anything to the system / workflow. As for the segregation of the MSME vendors, enable "Micro & Small Estd. No." column and sort; You will get to know which (MSME) vendors to promote or whatever.
We appreciate your effort. We're marking this idea as unlikely to implement; also will keep it open for further voting. Once it gathers momentum, will definitely reconsider it. Keep posting your ideas.

We need a separate record window by that each master can be modified and MSME certificate details can be checked.
This will be a control also that while making a master in case MSME marked as YES... than software will not allow without mentioning MSME certificate number.
I hope this will be sufficient reason for doing the job.

This mail is for record that we need to add MSME Flag as Yes/No, In case of Yes then adding a MSME certificate is mandatory.
This thing is required as our country government has taken initiative for MSME units that the corporate company should pay them on time and promote their business , by that they can grow better.
So for this we need to mark them in our vendor masters , by that the guidelines marked by government from time to time can be initiated for them as well as its part of audit too.
We have checked that in Vendor Master- Finance section –MSME registration nos. field exist. “Above to that this flag will be good”.
I hope the action will be on your side will be speedup after this and we will get result very soon.
