Currently store person can give order to HO via POS order, Need option to specifically separate POS Order for customer and Store Purchase Indent. Also would be great to provide this on mobile app as they can then move through store and give the requirements.

Our POS order module is intended for the use of taking orders from customers itself. The requirement rightly pointed by you is to have a Purchase Indent / Requisition for stores which can be accommodated as a new module/transaction only.
Also, we will need tracking of the same as well at store end.
