Transaction Document Authorisation to be based on APP or supported via Mobile

In the current process transaction document approval is to be done by working on Desktop / Laptop. The requirement is to have approval based on SMS / Email communication. Otherwise there should be interface accessible via APP or Mobile. In later case the workflow could be like that 1) SMS triggers to the person allowed to approve the transaction. 2) The person with rights open the APP / Application and Approve the document.
