our pending settlement threshold is one day...
if there are any void bills in previous day, i can't open 'POS' as 'settlement threshold is one Day'as per policy...
i need to change policy settings or system date to void that bill..
so plz provide void option in back office also
or if you provide POS bill void option @ HO also ,it is very help full..

The settlement can be reverted from HO and the same will be reverted at store end as well. There after you can void the bill.
Note: We recommend to void the bill before settlement as if at the day end the cash is tallied, then there will be zero possibility/requirement to void the bill next day.
