Users should not be able to print/email/generate PDFs of POs that are not authorized. Unless a PO has been authorized it is not a valid document and users must not be able to share it with anyone.
Since, we have not received any further communication in this regard, We are assuming our suggested option has sufficed your requirement. Hence we are marking this Idea as 'Already Exists'
In report, a document can be reflected in multiple ways through different filters. So restricting it in report viewer is not a feasible solution in respect to register / analysis kind of reports. But yes we can show 'Unauthorized Document' tags as a watermark in all relevant document reports which were not authorised.
