Restrict article at the time of PO creation with is not mapped in Vendor Master

Dear Team,

We need to Restrict article at the time of PO creation witch is not mapped in Vendor Master.

i.e. If we map an artical - 'B2B Upper' in Vendor 'Amar Creation'.

User select 'Amar Creation' at the time of PO creation and user should create PO for 'B2B Upper' artical only for the same vendor.

There has to be an restriction in selecting article in creating PO which is not mapped in the vendor.
