In permit master outgoing, need option to enter permit no manually

Module:

Inventory - Logistics - Outgoing - Permit

While creating New Permit, need an option to enter Permit number manually, single Permit creation option required.

Presently, Permit can only be created in series.

Now permit gets created in online Permit portal of e-governance system, so system should allow to provide permit no manually instead of series.
