Customer Name required in Upper case and default web search required
- Need an option to reflect and capture Customer name in upper case.
- In customer search option at POS, by default web search option remain disabled, need an option to keep it enabled.
Note : Do not post a lengthy title for an Idea. Post your Idea clearly supported by Screenshots, Examples and Case Studies (if possible).
Product Team
Web search by default has been already released. Restricting the entry only in upper case is not possible as of now as per the request from other Customer. Thus this operational issue needs to be handled by user training only.

Many a times we have seen that the Store mistakenly creates duplicate customer, our need is when the Customer is added it will automatically check the webdb if customer exists with the same Mobile Number it will prompt the user for duplicate creation and in case of non internet availability it will create a duplicate customer and we also want to clean the Customer data for duplicate entries from HO through merge of the multiple customer to one.
