Discount SMS to Customer While allocating Promotion to Stores
At present there is no automated SMS for sending Discount SMS to customer.It would be beneficial if Discount SMS shoots to customer once the promotion is allocated to stores.
Promotions are allocated to stores, and customer can move to any store. In the current architecture where customers are centrally managed, it is difficult to track the customer list of a particular store. So the target customers who will receive promotional message remains unknown.
Using SMS Service Gateway, operator can send SMS to targeted customers.
