At present there is no possibility of Breaking up the Customer Card Number according to Financial Year. Because of this the Customer loyalty Points gets accumulated and passes over to the next financial Year.If there is Financial Year Break up system then it would be beneficial to those who starts the fresh financial year with 0 as the opening points.
We would treat this requirement as point adjustment, at any point of time operator will be able to adjust customer points (Reduce or add). We are likely to implement that requirement #GIN-I-270 I hope that will suffice you requirement.
