At present the Consolidated Customer Loyalty Points are shown in POS as View Points. In the present POS system the Customer history is shown only of that particular store.Hence it is not possible for the representative at customer care desk to clear if the Customer gets doubt about his earned points and asks for his history of bills where he had earned the points.Hence it would be better if the consolidated purchase history of customer along with points is shown in POS.
