At present the Loyalty Points of the Current bill goes as SMS to Customer.It would be better if the Consolidated Loyalty Point SMS including the last bill goes to the Customer.
For Eg. Previous Earned Points - 2000
Current Bill Points - 500
Consolidated Points - 2500
So the SMS should be sent as below.
Dear MR. XXXX,
You had earned 500 points for Your Purchase of Rs.500 and Your Consolidated Points is 2500.
One customer can earn/redeem points from multiple stores, hence GINESYS maintain its closing points in HO. So SMS can be provided from HO but not from POS store.

We have reviewed your idea and came to this conclusion that we can provide a solution for this in head-office. You will be able to schedule your event on reoccurrence basis, i.e., period closing point SMS can be sent.
Example SMS: "Dear MR. XXXX, loyalty points balance as of system date time is <CLOSINGPOINTS>."
