Job order qty increased in job receipt- Does not reflect in Working plan

In our T shirt production planning, we have diff sub assembly items(front, back, sleeve, etc). All these items are combined into single item in stitching process. This is how we have made our BOM(attached screen shot). 

All the process before stitching have sub assembly items, and when i increase the job order qty in job receipt in my first process(ref excel attached) I am able to generate the job order for increased qty for all processes before stitching. In stitching process i am not able to generate job order for increased qty. Only the working plan qty is allowed for job order. Hence we have to edit the working plan to continue making job orders

It would be useful for us, if stitching process is also allowed for the increased qty, as WIP stock of all the sub assembly items are available enough to make job order.

    As there can be multiple sub-assemblies, getting received in different quantities from their respective orders. It would get difficult to update/align the Plan quantity for the item on every receipt. Because, there can be different ratio of sub assembly, combining to create an item. For Example:

    3 pocket, 2 Front panel, 1 Back Panel, combines to make 1 Top. Now 3 components used in TOP i.e.Pocket, Font Panel and Back Panel, are received in different proportions via different entries. It will not be correct to update Plan quantity on receipt of each sub assemblies.
