We require an option to cancel Service Order on Store sites after part receive. We need this because often we give service orders for long periods, but due to some reasons we might have to cancel the order mid-way. For Example, we gave a housekeeping order to a vendor for 3 months, but due to poor service we decide to cancel the order after 2 months. Here the invoice has already been booked for one month and so the order can't be modified and changed to 2 months. Therefore we need to book the invoice against this order for the second month and then cancel the order for the third month. As per a conversation with your support team, this feature does not exist currently and they have requested us to log an idea for the same.
