Dear Team,
when we do adhoc goods return entry and purchase return the stock goes negative as the posting is pending from HO the stock goes negative is there a way out where even in this entry the stock doesnt go negative even though the manager scan the outwad entry shouldnt pass.
do let us know the option, as in our company the posting takes place in a gap of a month due to which some stocks has gone negative which is not a right practice
awaiting for some option.

As soon as you make the package for moving out the goods, you should post the stock. You shouldn't keep the document pending for a month to post it.
You shouldn't raise the purchase return document until you plan to move out but you should post the goods as soon as you prepare the package.
