Presently in POS back office there are two separate privilege for customer addition and modification, but in POS modes, i.e., Normal POS and POS as collection Center there is only a single privilege for customer addition and modification. So the user who has privilege to add new customers can also modify existing customers. Need to restrict the same.

Thanks for the idea, your suggested feature has been released. Separate priviledges has now been provided to add and modify POS customers in POS modes.

In pos customer can also be modified from pos directly
where their is no option if to restrict customer modification

This feature already exists in the software. To restrict the operator from making modifications to POS customers at POS, operator should be refrained from add customer privilege in User Roles.

You mean to say, customer edit option at POS should be restricted, Only privileged user can change customer details.
