(a) In case POS Bill Generation if "customer" is made mandatory (through User settings), the System should first allow checking for existing customer (using unique mobile number) or allow entry of new customer details, prior to scanning of items in that customer's purchase.
(b) In the customer information/data form,customer's unique mobile number should be physically placed at the top of the form and should be the first field of entry.
Since we did not receive any response from your end against the posted comments, We are unable to consider this idea to proceed further so marking this as "Will not Implement". In case you need any further help regarding this, request you to log a new idea with proper details as required by the Product Team.
If you make customer tagging mandatory, the system restricts you to bill out untill you tag the customer.
We understand that your requirement is to have ease of customer tagging in the POS bill.
To allow the same, if customer tagging is mandatory, on pressing F8, system will automatically take the user to the tagging screen if customer is not tagged.
