If customer purchase they eligble to loyalty points, after billing customer asking how many points we earned, in POS bill it must shown instantly. presently we have to make the settlement and transfer to ho and then only we can extract the report from HO. this should be got to branch level and should be seen even before settlement.

From last six months we using Ginesys Loyalty, still as an today we cano't see the instant earning points.

In case you are using Ginesys Loyalty, you can print the same in POS bill itself. Please get your pos bill report changed to incorporate the same.
