Simialr to Item Promotion, system should highlight and show the items/assortments on which Salesman incentive is applicable.
It helps a lots in terms of motivating the Salesperson and clearing certain operational confusion then and there.

But one should have an idea what he is getting for the product that he is selling , we need to do it and we require just the assortment name under which it is falling not the calculations and all , it is impacting the process of sales for not getting any information of special bees that he is getting and we cant just daily show the report to them for his satisfaction understand the requirement and the need of it

Currently, we don't sync salesman incentive definition to store as the entire salesman incentive operation is managed by Head Office from defining to calculation and distributing incentives. There is no role of store manager here.
We are keeping this idea open for future consideration provided we receive more votes for the same.
