I like to say about the customer data management regarding the Loyalty card purpose. Here, many kinds of duplication are seen the customer repository. While assigning the loyalty points, there occurs a confusion about how the points get added to the customer, ie whether by taking the name or Mob no. And if the same Mob number using customers are purchasing at the same time.
An alternate way to avoid the duplication we tried by publishing the customer data to all the site. But it is a huge task of selecting and marking thousands of pages of customer info from the Ginesys Web and sending to the sites. It must be made very simpole BY GIVING A SINGLE BUTTON to publish the data.
