In current scenario we can select any Replenishment for any item while returning either that item belongs to that Replenishment or not, so please restrict that or allow to make changes in goods return document after saving or at particular stage.

Since we did not receive any response from your end against the posted comments, We are unable to consider this idea to proceed further so marking this as "Will not Implement". In case you need any further help regarding this, request you to log a new idea with proper details as required by the Product Team.
We have an option of "GRT Advice" which you can raise from head-office and specify the goods which a store has to return. You can configure that the store can return goods to replenishment source on adhoc basis or they have to follow the GRT advice only.
This will allow you to make a control on what goods are being returned from store.
