After doing settlement the message that we use to get should also contain option for adding MTD(month till date sale figure), YTD(year till date sale figure), last year same date sale figure,last same month till date figure.

As per your requirement, you can implement our Web Reports and using our new advance reporting solution, you can configure an auto e-mail which shall send this information to store's managers (can be configurable).
