We want to send the OTP SMS to the customer's registered mobile number at the time of Credit Note creation not at the time of adjustment. Due to various reasons (network, DND, issue at SMS provider), there is always a delay in receiving the SMS for OTP validation. Customer gets frustrated and leave the counter or start shouting at the Sales Person. Thus cashier eventually end up using the Manager login to by pass the OTP.
Thus give a configuration option whether to trigger the OTP on Issuance + Adjustment + Both
