There are two suggestions:
ONE: Merging Search and Add Buttons in POS Customer Tagging
There are two seperate buttons for search and add customer. So a Cashier has to first Search Customer, if number is already in database then Cashier can tag it. But if number isnt saved, cashier has to click on add customer and then again paste the number there. This two step can be consoidated, if search and add buttons are merged in front end.
If the number is not in databse system shoud automatically open add field to save time.
TWO: Maximum and Mimimum digits allowed in mobile number field.
Its seens very rare that a customer gives his International number while billing. So to avoid mistakes made by new cashiers, system should not accept less or more than 10 digits of mobile number while adding new customer in POS.
This can avoid silly mistakes made by many cashiers.
