On selection of any menu is web display a list of entries available for that menu. This may take few seconds depending upon the data volume.
Most of the time user navigates to the menu with a mindset to create new entries. On selection of the menu, he/she has to wait for the list to get refreshed, before he can select an app-operation to proceed.
Hence a default operation is suggested to provide in menu panel, so that direct navigation can be done.
