With the given scenario and example we feel that it is not any specific automation rather you would need a excel upload template to create the transaction. Please confirm.

Dear Sir,
For example
1.For booking the ginesys yearly Amc charge we required to pass DN entry for all site.
2. For adjustment the amount of Mrp Change we required to pass DN/CN entry for all site.
