Need option to restrict bill clear menu for POS users. Where we can restrict cashiers to clear bill items before saving the bill. Same is required to stop malpractices where cashiers clears the bill after receiving the cash.
Hence need this feature in POS application.

As a normal retail practise Bill is handed over to Customer after payment. In the given scenario the Customer himself will not accept that bill is not given despite payment. Other option is to put a signage that "Do call this No XXXX if bill is not given". This is another general practise is being done in many retail outlets.
