Hi,
There should be and option in ginesys pos that customer can deposit money in one time and can purchase further.
So customer can deposit advance money in store.
You can take deposit from the Customer and issue credit note against the same. Customer can adjust the same credit note while doing purchase.
In case you are not able about the feature please log a support ticket.
