Required Include & Exclude Item option in Discount Merged

Dear Team,

Very Difficult to set Discount only on not Applicable items,

Kindly add the both ( Include & Exclude) Option in Discount.

Dear Team,

add all fields as in promo assortment like desc1 to 6 ,created date ,rsp range etc

it could be very use full...

Need option "item applicable or include" in Discount Merged

While making new Discount in web require option Item Applicable/ item include .
