We want to maintain CRM family tree in which we capture Member's family details like.-DOB for Wife/Husband/Children and other details also so plz suggest how can we do this in Ginesys.
The said facility is not available in GINESYS. You can capture the information in some already existing field. Other option is that you can use to 3rd party CRM and capture the information there.
