The following information is required to manage the Support / Implementation operations:
- Running GINESYS version at client side
- New Report Server is configured Yes / No
- Gather certain operations specific information to take strategic decision on development front. In current scenarios there is no mechanism to collect the required information via some automated process. Currently it is done by calling some specific persons in Support / Implementation or connecting some random Customer DB. For example:
- Customer where Excise is implemented
- Customer having price list with Include Tax calculation
- Customer giving Extra VAT Promotion with 100% discount
- Oracle DB running version (10g, 12c) and edition (Standard / Enterprise)
