We having fabric department on multiple floor so we generate delivery slip on that particular floor. We also having in-house stitching department,  if customer want to stitch then we want set flag during delivery slip for stitching Y or N. 

This flag help us to know how many customers ask for stitching & how many actually converted into stitching with the help report.
