it has been found in recent update , many anivirus interfeir with your software ginesys.
1. Recently your autoupdate.exe was detected as virus by quickheal.
2. recently quick heal feature anti keylogger was not allowing opening of ginesys pos reports and crystal report.
i think when you publish patch it should also be tested with a reputed anivirus ,
so that is is compatable with it
